How to get the Time Dimensions to work with the Move HR Date

Summary: We have a recruiting dashboard that has the Time.Month, Time.Quarter and Time.Year dimensions as prompts. When we run a drill down to show details of the internal hires in a month, we are seeing internal candidates who were moved to HR after the single month selected.

We are setting the Month to 2022 / 03 and seeing internals that were Moved to HR in 2022 / 04 and 2022 / 06. We are getting more returned than expected. How can I ensure that the date range for the Move to HR date is utilizing the time dimension selected by the users?

The analysis is using both the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time and the Recruiting - Recruiting Events Real Time.
