HCM ORC and hireright integration - fields sent

How do I find out which precise database fields are sent in the hireright integration from ORC? Some background: we want to change the "GLOBAL" name format of a few attributes (such as FULL_NAME or LIST_NAME) and are performing analysis of our HCM system to ensure we do not disturb preexisting integration, reports, etc. in our need to make a config change.
