Getting an error when creating a campaign with Skill or Work Experience (Job title) or Education

Summary:

We are getting an error when trying to create a campaign with audience criteria that has free form text. For example, when we select Work experice and select JOb Title, the JOb title field is marked as required but when we try to enter some text , the error doesn't go away:
