Interview rating.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement after candidate interview, interviewer will give the rating as per there skill and knowledge.

when candidate apply a job at that time we capture (He knows this module he is good in Java etc..) shall interviwer able to give the rating on those section.
