ORC- Offer Phase

Dear Team,

We have received a request from the client to make the offer phase optional for some candidates and mandatory for another candidate for the same requisition.

Specifically, they would like some candidates to have the option to skip the offer phase(physically sign the offer)

while for other candidates, the offer phase must be mandatory.
