Where can an Employee see his own position profile or LM see his direct's position profile?

Summary:

If I am an employee currently attached to a position. There's a position profile (model profile) created for my position. What's the navigation to see my position profile in 23A RUI Talent profile pages as an Employee or Line Manager?

If I understand correctly, a Line Manager can navigate to My Team - select direct report - Career Overview - here you can see the current role. But this role is nothing but the job profile of the employee. If the employee has a position with a matching position profile, this profile can't be viewed on this page. This page supports only Job profiles. Is my assumption correct?
