Unable to upgrade to PAYG - always get the same error message
I tried to upgrade my subscription to PAYG for three days but always get the following error message:
We're unable to complete your request. Common errors are due to: (a) Using prepaid cards. Oracle only accepts credit card and debit cards (b) Intentionally or unintentionally masking one's location or identity (c) Entering incomplete or inaccurate account details. Please try again if this applies to you. Otherwise, contact Oracle Customer Service.
I also tried in an incognito browser tab. The same thing happened. There is no problem with my credit card as Oracle successfully verify it. Just when I click on the button "Upgrade" that error message occurs. What could be wrong? The message doesn't help me to know what should I do.
