Create DFF at header level

Dear all,

kindly note the following :

I need to create two DFFs at Payables Invoices header level.

- CODE Y : Should be Alphanumeric

- INVOICE PAPER FORMAT: has multiple values : "A4 , A5 , Electronic"

The values put in these DFFs should somehow be visible in the manage journal, General Ledger when searching for specific journal. Please advise.
