Summary:

I created a Candidate Security Profile using the Secure by Business Unit dimension which restricts the user from viewing a specific Business Unit in Candidate Search. Unfortunately, the Recruiter can't see the External Candidates either. What will I do to make the external candidates searchable/viewable in Candidate Search?
