Summary:

We are attempting to activate the RUI Talent Profile quick action for HR Admins to access other employees Skills & Qualifications.

Expected behaviour - after selecting the Talent Profile QA, the user is taken to a search screen to select which employees Profile they want to view, similar to the Employment Info or Add Assignment pages.

Actual behaviour - the Talent Profile QA takes the user to their own personal page. HR can access this information elsewhere via the Employee Summary/Spotlight page but these do not allow them to see employees that start in the future.

We have previously raised an SR but the engineer was unable to advise. We have also tried the fixes in (Doc ID 2704842.1).
