Loading the Ratings into Talent Review meeting

Hi Everyone.
Customer do not want to conduct the Talent Review meeting but want the calibrated ratings to be loaded into the meetings by creating the dummy meetings. Idea is just to create the meeting and loading the ratings into meetings. Is this possible? Any hdl or hsdl is available for this? Any input would be highly helpful.
