In questionnaires where can we set expiration date?

In the areas and models used in the initiative we didn't selected any date or expiration period for questionnaires.

Content (required):

Our costumer is sending questionnaires to suppliers and the pre-defined expiration date is 1 month. Why is that happening and where can we change this date?
