EEO - Recruiting Report

Summary:

Hello, I am hoping our community can share an HCM BI Publisher report that lists all applicant data for requisitions that had a hire within the past year. It must include demographic/EEO data - gender, race, veteran status and disability status as well as the data fields listed below.

I can modify a similar report so a good starting point / sample report is appreciated.
