For expenses using entertainment policy: only names needs to be captured, for nonemployees attendees

Hi,
We have setup an Entertainment policy to capture both employee and nonemployee attendees.
We need to have only the names (first and last name: see highlighted in red in screenshot below) for the nonemployee attendees. Is there a way to disable/hide all the other details/information (like for ex: email, customer, phone...)?
