CSP Automation - Request For Information Updated

Summary:

In each CSP Phase, there is the ability to add an Event. One of the events is 'Request For Information Update'. Once you add this event, the system allows you to configure an Action. I have configured an action to move to another State once the Request For Information flow is completed by the candidate. It does not seem to be working.

• Is this the correct configuration for this?
• If not, what is the correct configuration?
• Also, if not ... what is the purpose of having the Event if it does not work?
