I'm trying to build a report that lists all the candidates that have been hired and also include a count of the number of candidate profiles that have the same firstName & lastName for that candidate (to identify duplicates).  The columns I've included in my report are:

Candidate Identification.Last Name

Candidate Identification.First Name

Submission Dates. Offer Target Start Date

Submission Dates.Hire Start Date

Count(Candidate Identification.Candidate identifier WHERE Candidate Identification.First Name||Candidate Identification.Last Name) = Candidate Identification.First Name||Candidate Identification.Last Name of the record.
