Display Project Expenditure Type Field to Edit on Expense Item Page

Can project expenditure type be displayed for editing on expense item page?

Content (required):

Received a request to display and edit the project expenditure type field on the expense item page. Currently, the other project fields (project #, task #, etc) are available except for expenditure type. Is this possible? I did not see the field as an option to show via Page Composer.
