How to default the All Jobs Faceted Search in Social Sourcing

I would like to know how to bypass the Featured Jobs default and go directly to All Jobs

Hello everyone -

We've had multiple candidates tell us they're not liking the Featured Jobs section being the default and having to make multiple clicks to get to a full listing of open requisitions.   So what I'm wondering is whether it's feasible to swap out the Featured Jobs section for the All Jobs faceted search.  I've looked at multiple, live TSS sites and it's mixed as to how they're configured - but most have Featured Jobs directly under the hero image.  I can create a link directly to the job search, but hoped to keep the hero image in place, as well as the other
