Nextgen HR HelpDesk Error - Milestone configuration isn't defined for service request business unit.
Summary:
1. Enabled “Service Entitlements” (Offerings -> Help Desk -> Opt-In Features)
2. Setup Availability , Standard Coverage , Default Coverage using Subscription Management
3. Manage Service Milestone Configuration for Business Unit - (Setup and Maintenance -> Setup: Help Desk-> Business Units -> Manage Service Milestone Configuration for Business Unit)
4. Scheduled the Process : Monitor Service Request Milestones
Created a SR, assigned it to an agent. Navigated to Setup>Help Desk>Business Units>Manage Service Milestone Configuration for Business Unit
Actions>View Milestone Diagnostics
Enter SR number and click on Check Milestones
Error displayed is as below.
Milestone configuration isn't defined for service request business unit. null Service request business unit is P&C Advice & Services.
