any possibility to enforce buyer to add the minimum number of suppliers while creating a RFx

Summary:

Hi Experts,

There is a requirement to make sure buyers add at least three suppliers while creating a negotiation if the Response Rules is selected Restrict to invited suppliers. I couldn't find any similar discussion on this topic and Oracle Support wasn't able to provide information about this.

The requirement from the system to notify to add X numbers of suppliers or enforce to add X numbers of Suppliers to move the next steps. Or another suggestion based on your expertise.

Could you please advise your comments on this requirement?
