Collect feedback automatically from Interviewers

The standard process of collecting an interview feedback is to use action "Collect Feedback" and send it to the employees, you have to select the employees manually, customer is not accepting the standard process and want to collect the feedback automatically from interviewers when the interview invitation is sent to interviewers, like send the interview invite notification and automatically send the collect feedback request along with the interview invitation, is this feasible?
