Doubt in service logistics and order management activities in field service process flow
We are trying to implement the entire Field service process flow in Oracle fusion but have some doubts.
The standard field service process flow provided by oracle is as below:
We had some doubts in this process flow:
- In this flow, the steps create field service work order and source parts are carried out in which oracle fusion module? is it done in service logistics or engagement cloud?
- If the parts required for servicing is not available in inventory, what is the process followed? Does service logistics integrate with procurement and procure the required parts or are the parts sourced through inventory replenishment process?
