Eligibility Profile created for ICP options is not working as Expected at Offer ORC

Summary:

We have a requiremnt to restrict options based on Grade attched to a candidate , we created an ICP with two options name A and B.

For A option Grade 1 2 and 3 are Applicable and for Option B Grade 3 4 and 5 are applicable.

so we created an Eligibilty profile for option but Elig profile is not working, any pointers will be really helpful.
