Report Working Hours vs. Standard Hours in Run Results
Summary: The run results for exempt employees show hours based on the Organizations Standard Hours instead of actual working hours which is incorrect.
Content (required): We have exempt employees who are not a full-time employees as defined by a FTE of 1.0. For these employees, their employment screen shows the correct FTE and Annual hours. For example, employee A has working hours of 456 hours, and a FTE of .22 which is correct. On the employment screen it also shoes standard working hours of “2,080 Yearly” which is a default from our standard work hours and cannot be updated and is the basis for the .22 calculation.
