3rd party application for posting our jobs

we have a 3rd party vendor"Direct employers" which we are using to post out company's positions from all our recruiting system . we currently having an integration with the 3rdparty careersite sending them the posted jobs on daily basis and having them adding a link to ORC job application page.

when tah candidate completes the job application or even if he closes the job application it takes him to the careersite . we need it t take the candidate to the custom 3rd party career site
