Unrelated Business Object in VBCS Excel Plugin

Summary:

We have two different set of Rest API, Shopping List and Shopping List Lines, We want to link them and fetch data in excel plugin

@E. Alex Davis-Oracle If we try to add some BO which has header, lines in the rest api within catalogue of rest api, using parent child options in designer we are able to fetch data in dependent layouts.

But, what if two unrelated apis are called in separate layouts, how do we make one parent and one child explicitly?
