How to import the candidates from LinkedIn to a requisition without posting it to the career sites

Summary: We have a requirement to import candidate profiles from LinkedIn to a requisition which is not posted in any of the career site (Confidential Hire) please suggest how to achieve that. We are sourcing the candidate from LinkedIn.

Please note that we have opened the job requisition for sourcing and in configurations we have set the "Allow Candidates to apply when not posted" option to "Yes", still we are not able to see the job requisition on LinkedIn while exporting a candidate.
