Candidate in Offer draft phase

Summary:

There are few examples whereby Recruitment team are not able to move the candidate after they have merged their candidate record with an internal employee's record.

They have sent a job offer - which has been accepted, then when they go to 'Move to HR' they get prompted that this person is a likely duplicate, and do they want to merge. After they have selected the correct duplicate to merge, the system will then make them re-draft the offer letter, which they then do. Then they submit this new 're-drafted' offer letter. However the candidate's profile still appears to be in the 'Offer - Draft' phase/state and they are unable to do anything else with the record.

Howdy, Stranger!
