How to have default cost center segment on the basis of buyer on the inventory based PO's ?

Summary: I am trying to default cost center segment on the basis of buyer in the PO . So for this I created a new account rule in Cost accounting SLA in which the source was buyer but when i tried selecting this account rule in the subledger journal entry rule set then this account rule was not visible in the drop down which clearly tells that the buyer source is not available . So what would be the other option to default the cost center in the inventory based PO's on the basis of PO buyer?
