From Today Morning, All "Send Remittance Advice" (SRA) processes are completing successfully, but donot send any email, log have below error. It was working fine till yesterday. There is no setup change/any change.

Warning: error returned from BIP delivery: EMail Delivery Status: Failed. Due to oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: javax.mail.MessagingException: Cannot access Notification Service;

_ nested exception is:__javax.mail.MessagingException: Exception when building WebResourceBuilder for ping;

_ nested exception is:__com.sun.jersey.api.client.ClientHandlerException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out after 30000 millis_
