Transaction Date (Parameter "param.p_date") shows up as prior day date for user but not for me

Summary:

Hello Forum-mates:

A BI SCM report "Transaction Date" Parameter "param.p_date" expression is only showing prior date for the customer in accounting but whenever i run in same pod locally or ad-hoc or on scheduler the date shows up just fine.

The template has not be revised or uploaded to the server pod.

Is this a Caching setting?
