We need to know what configuration is required for the number of weeks balance data for employee equity regulatory reporting

Content (required):

We are in the process of testing the employment equity reporting files. When we ran the Employment Equity Interface flow, the exceptions report had this error message for all employees: "The Employment Equity Number of Weeks balance is not configured for the employee." We need to know what the required configuration is in order to eliminate the error message we are receiving and determine which data fields are affected in the employee.txt file as we do have some columns with missing data.
