My Instance has disappeared please help?

I was using the Always Free Arm-based Ampere server for personal use since December 2022 and now it's disappeared  (and I can't ssh into the virtual machine) from my dashboard. I see the message "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. " I should have been well within the free tier and should not have had my service removed. Also there were running projects on my instance and now it is gone and no notfication from Oracle either, what is going on, please help.
