What are the different ways you all configure this?

I've seen various ways and methods to configure Age-Based reductions for Voluntary/Supplemental Life Insurance. I'm specifically asking about Voluntary or Supplemental Plans because I know with automatic ER paid coverage it's relatively simple.

However, I'm curious, how do you all do it for voluntary plans? Does anyone automate it? High-level overview is fine.
