Hi Everyone!

We are using Manager level budgeting method. After allocating the overall budget, I am trying to pass it down.

I am acting as top level manager(CEO)(through act as proxy manager). While editing the budget method, I have selected "I'll pass down budgets only to those managers reporting directly to me"

While allocating the budget to the direct reports under CEO, not all the direct reports are coming the plan. Totally there are 4 direct reports under CEO, only 2 employees are coming. What am i missing ? or any checks needs to be done?
