What is the difference between 'Available from date' and 'Effective start date' in a benefits card

Summary:

Hi there, I am new to Benefits and payroll modules. Our client is transitioning from a private medical provider to another starting 1st of April

We are trying to edit also how the proration should be done however I am confused by these 2 dates in the 'Calculation Component Details' below

What is the difference between 'Available from date' and 'Effective start date' in a benefits calculation card such as the one below
