How do I configure to hide fields visible in worklist during approval process which are hidden in the UI?

Content (required):

I have currently hidden Weight field using Page Composer and Status field using HCM Design Studio for associates while adding goals. Weight field had to be hidden with Page composer as HCM Design Studio didnt work after 23 A implementation for us. However both of these fields are visible to manger in the worklist view in the approval process. How do I configure to hide these fields from approval summary?
