UK sick pay - weekly earnings/ relevant period for new hires
How to override the system automatically disabling earnings check for new hires.
New employees are having the "disable earnings check" box marked as "Yes" automatically by the system when they have sickness absence either prior to their first paycheck or where they don't have sufficient relevant period. We do have occupational sick pay so need "disable earnings check" marked as "No". How can we configure the system to override this for new hires?
