How to update order line status based on changes of 'WMS Integration status'

Summary:

In 23A update for Backlog Management, there is a new feature ' specify up to 2 additional order line status values that indicate when order lines have been sent to the warehouse management system, but haven’t yet completed the picking step. Oracle Backlog Management recognizes these new status values and filters those order lines from rescheduling to prevent any disruption of the fulfillment that’s in process.'

In our business, eligible shipment lines are interfaced to 3PL system and no picking step is performed in Oracle. The only field that indicates that the shipment lines has been interfaced to 3PL system is the 'Integration Status' flag.
