3rd party career site

Summary: we do post out job requisitions to a third party career site "direct Employer" and we will have the integrations running between ORC and the third part career site to send the posted job requisitions. we are expecting that when a candidate clicks on any of the jobs in the 3rd party career site , it should direct them to the Application form on ORC which is working fine.

the problem that after the candidate completes the application he is directed to ORC career site rather than the 3rd party one . is there any way to redirect him to the 3rd party career site?
