How to merge customer accounts within the same customer party?

Duplicate customer accounts were created under the same customer party. We want to merge those duplicate accounts and their related sites under another account of the same customer party. And we want the AR transactions and receipts of those merged customers accounts to also reflect their new customer account.
But we can't find that functionality in ERP Cloud as it's currently available in Oracle eBusiness Suite. Looks like the "merge" functionality in Receivables/Customer Data Management modules works only for merging multiple customers at the party level. But no functionality to merge multiple customer accounts within the same customer party. We didn't find any such functionality in the Sales module either.
