Access to Vertex Tax Error reports - not displaying in scheduled processes

We use Vertex for tax calculations and in the document referenced below, there is an error report that should be available via Scheduled Processes. I'm on the admin team for ERP as a whole but this report doesnt show up when I search for it.

The report name is Vertex Payables Tax Error Report
