Is it correct for the Comp Managers to see the other Comp Managers and Admins' global models?

We noticed that when a Comp Manager or an Admin creates a Global Model, other users are able to see the said model even if the access is Global Private. Is this the current functionality? Is there a way to limit the access of the created model to the specific creator only?
