To comply with legislation we cannot capture current salary. We are in compliance on our application but I'd like to remove the 'current job' from the capture offer expectations list on the recruiter side to ensure we are fully in compliance. I've been going back and forth with Oracle Support and they aren't able to hide the field for US based roles only. Nor are they able to put 'Do Not Use' text labels on the field of US based roles only. The issue becomes then the offer wouldn't have salary which obviously we need to capture. So hive, how
