Move multiple candidates to rejected

Summary:

Hello - we are trying to utilize the Move functionality to reject several candidates at a time, but we are receiving an error when trying to move an candidates outside of the initial New, To be Reviewed phase/state.

We are receiving the following error: Some job applications weren't moved because of their current phase and state.

We can reject an individual outside of this phase/state fine if only one candidate is selected.

  1. Go to a list of candidate job applications.
  2. Select one or multiple candidates.
  3. In the Actions menu, select Move.
  4. Select the phase and state where you want to move the job applications.

Howdy, Stranger!
