Is it possible to make the Posting Description field read only on requisition creation page?

Summary: Is it possible to make the Posting Description field read only on requisition creation page?

Content (required):We wish to default the posting description field from requisition template page.

The Posting description will be populated automatically on the basis on respective requisition template selected.

When this defaults, then we do not want the Hiring manager creating the requisition to be able to edit that description.

Hence this requirement.

I could not find any possibility under page composer to implement it. Can someone suggest please.
