Activate task based on input to questionnaire not working

Hi

We are trying to activate a task based on an input to a question.

Edit: the second task only triggers if the question is a Text question. Our questions are in a multiple choice format:

Task 1 - Questionnaire

Question 1 - User selects between answer A or B.

Question 2 (conditional question if answer to Question 1 is B) - User selects between answer C, D or E

Based on the answer, we would like a new task to be triggered, the tasks would be configurable forms or questionnaires which the user needs to fill in.

If user selects answer C - Task (configurable form 1)
