Is there any workaround to make attachment section mandatory in create candidate page

There does not appear to be any standard option available to make attachments mandatory for create candidae page either by design studio or via page composer.

Not having the option to make attachment mandatory has a greater impact on business, unlike Taleo there is no option for recruiters to parse resume received on mail or via head hunting from their hiring work area in ORC. Hence we built a custom integration that to parse the resume if uploaded and populate the values in digital summary view. Now since the attachment is not mandatory they miss on it and it directly impact the screening process , as without resume their is actually nothing to show on digital summary.
