How to restrict an Autocomplete Rule of Worker Assignment from triggering on Reverse Termination

Summary:

We have an approved use case where we are validating a BSV DFF on Assignment with EFF on Department. Within this rule we have added an additional logic to throw an error in case BSV DFF on assignment is blank. This restriction to not allow blank BSV DFF on Assignment is allowed in flows like Hire / Add pending worker/Add Non Worker/ Add Contingent Worker/ Transfer etc. We don't want this logic to execute on Reverse Termination.

Is there any way by which we can restrict this logic in Reverse Termination
