Forecast Freeze date calculation

Summary:

As per the setup, I'm expecting the due date as 6th of every month and freeze date as 3rd of every month, but for April, it is showing correctly. but for other months, the difference between due date expected is 3 days but showing 30 days.

The submission window (due date - freeze date) should only be 3 days.
